Oh/Jo Tech communities are built on these core values:

• Inclusivity: Welcome people of all backgrounds and abilities
• Safety: Prioritize the physical and emotional safety of members
• Authenticity: Be genuine in your interactions and content

The following content is not allowed on Oh/Jo Tech platforms:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats toward other members
• Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Spam, scams, or misleading information
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Personal information of others without consent

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these standards:

1. 1Use the in-app report feature to flag the content
2. 2Provide details about why the content violates community standards
3. 3Our moderation team will review within 24 hours
4. 4You will receive notification of the outcome

Violations may result in the following actions:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated or serious violations
• Permanent Ban: Severe violations or repeated offenses

All enforcement decisions can be appealed through our support team.

Individual facilities may have additional community guidelines. These rules will be displayed within the facility's community space and must be followed in addition to these platform-wide standards.
