Social Media Policy

How social features work and what's expected from users.

Oh/Jo Tech provides social features scoped to your facility community:

  • Activity Feed: Share updates, photos, and videos with your facility community
  • Friends: Connect with other members at your facilities
  • Reactions: Like, comment, and engage with community content
  • Direct Messages: Private messaging with facility friends

When you post content on Oh/Jo Tech:

  • You retain ownership of your original content
  • You grant Oh/Jo Tech a license to display and distribute your content within the platform
  • Facility operators may feature community content in their marketing (with your consent)
  • You can delete your content at any time

Your social activity is visible based on these settings:

Facility-Scoped Content

Posts in a facility's feed are visible only to members of that facility. Your content does not appear to members of other facilities unless you're connected as friends.

Friend Connections

Friend requests require mutual acceptance. Once connected, you can see each other's activity across shared facilities.

All social content must comply with our Community Standards. Additionally:

  • Keep content relevant to fitness, wellness, and facility activities
  • Do not post promotional content without facility approval
  • Respect the privacy of others in photos and videos
  • Use appropriate language and tone

Content is moderated by both Oh/Jo Tech and facility operators:

  1. 1Facility staff can remove content that violates their community guidelines
  2. 2Oh/Jo Tech moderates for platform-wide policy violations
  3. 3Automated systems flag potentially inappropriate content for review
  4. 4Users can report content directly through the app
